MB Klaipėdos akademija, aiming to address emerging challenges such as reliance on manual work, complex communication with clients and partners, and the risk of losing orders due to a complicated ordering process, has launched the project “Implementation of E-sales transaction solutions at MB Klaipėdos akademija.”

 

The aim of the project is to implement electronic transaction solutions in the operations of MB Klaipėdos akademija. The project seeks to modernize the company’s activities, adapt them to the requirements of the digital age, and ensure greater efficiency and a competitive advantage in the market.

Planned project results:

  2. Secure document management.
  3. Improved communication with clients and partners.
  4. Time and resource savings.

The implementation of the project will contribute to more efficient company operations, reduce administrative costs, and help address issues related to document management, communication, and process efficiency. This will have a significant impact on the company’s growth and competitiveness.

The project is being implemented under the progress measure “Encouraging companies to digitalize” of the Economic Transformation and Competitiveness Development Program, managed by the Ministry of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, within the 2022–2030 Development Program.

The total value of the project is €20,635. 50% of the total project value is funded by the European Union.
